Goodra + Staraptor
This one is so weird yet it worked out alright. I did say these were EXTREME pokemon fusions. The hardest part was choosing what original or unique feature each pokemon should reveal. Goodra is known for its purple colour, plump body, and curly tentacle things on the head. Staraptor had cool "hair" which I somewhat incorporated into the tentacle things. It might be able to fly.
